Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we have devised a cancellation policy that endeavors to balance fairness and flexibility for our guests.

Booking Cancellation Procedure:

We encourage guests to secure their preferred dates by making reservations in advance. In the event of a cancellation, please inform us in writing. The following charges will apply based on the date we receive your written notification.

Cancellation Charges:

1. 21 or More Days Before Check-In Date:

• A nominal deduction of 30% will be applied towards GST and transaction charges.
• You will receive a 70% refund in the form of a hotel voucher, valid for a generous period of 6 months.

2. 15-20 Days Before Check-In Date:
A deduction of 50% will be made, encompassing GST, transaction, accommodation, and related costs.

• You will be issued a hotel voucher equivalent to 50% of the booking value, ensuring your investment remains secure for 6 months.

3. 7-14 Days Before Check-In Date:

In this window, a deduction of 70% will be incurred, covering GST, transaction, accommodation, and services.

You will receive a hotel voucher equivalent to 30% of the booking value, extending the opportunity to plan your stay within the next 6 months.

4. 1-6 Days Before Check-In Date:

As all arrangements have been finalized at this stage, a 100% deduction will be applied.

Terms and Conditions for the Voucher:

• The hotel voucher, issued in lieu of the refund, will remain valid for an ample duration of 6 months from the date of issuance.
• This voucher may be utilized for future hotel reservations, subject to advance notification of one month. Please be advised that charges will be calculated based on the prevailing rates corresponding to the respective seasons.
